I had a refurbished water softener installed yesterday so I don't know how well it will work in the long run but I trust Eric and Chris. They saved me over $500 with it. I was thrilled to find out they would service the unit AND my pump and well twice a year and add the salt when needed. That has been my biggest problem over the years with my old system (Water Boss from Home Depot) which I discovered was considered a "throw away system" by the manufacturer. I think I will be extremely satisfied with this system and Eric and Chris helping this little old lady with the salt bags!!! They are extremely nice and very professional and most helpful! I highly recommend their service and am hooked for life!
