And as of April 2026, Florida has been facing a drought for the last couple of months, with most of the state being in a moderate to severe drought.

When water leaks, it wastes clean resources and also can damage whatever it touches—your pipes, wood, or even create the beginnings of a sinkhole. • Don’t automate your sprinklers to avoid watering when not needed.
